We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the team As the Technical Product Manager you'll ensure that technical platforms meet customer and business needs.

In this role you'll partner with business stakeholders to describe technical capabilities and identify gaps and work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to develop roadmaps that support current and future business needs.

Day to day:

 

  • Align technical platforms to customer and business needs
  • Partner with delivery teams to develop technical roadmaps
  • Train and develop stakeholders on a technical platform
  • Uncover and understand customer and business needs
  • Assess the market for platforms and solutions
  • Benchmark internal platforms against external offerings
  • Lead the product lifecycle for a technical platform
  • Serve as a product evangelist and SME for a technical platform
  • Assess and benchmark technical platforms
  • Define the strategy for a technical platform
  • Develop technical roadmaps
  • Define the vision and strategy for a technical platform
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer and business needs
  • Identify and address platform capability gaps
  • Define and track objectives and key results (OKRs) for a platform
  • Collect and incorporate feedback into a platforms’ roadmap

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 4+ years professional experience in a technical product management role
  • Experience with large scale websites and mobile apps is desired
  • Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry
