If so, FCM Consulting is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Analyst to join their APAC Regional teams located in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, India and Indonesia. Are you interested in moving into an advisory consulting business, one that is designed to engage with the customer seeking new travel management solutions, data analytics and out-sourcing solutions?

Reporting directly to the FCM Consulting Head of Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the standard and bespoke business analytics of the brand. You will have the opportunity to develop new approaches to customer data and business intelligence needs, whilst working across a broad array of customer engagements and industry bodies.  This role will also include business analytics towards the development and contribution of FCM Consulting publications across Australia, Asia Pacific and global network.

Our dream candidate will be naturally curious about data and future trends, have a proactive nature working with internal and external clients, and be happy to embrace the complex and make it simple.  If you have demonstrated experience in a similar position, supported by a relevant degree then we would love to hear from you.

Role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

 

Who you are:

 

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritising a range of competing requests 
  • Experienced in travel analytics, client facing reporting including interpretation and commentary
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with client engagement skills and relationship building abilities
  • General knowledge of airline and hotel suppliers, GDS, combined with a general understanding of the travel industry will be highly regarded
  • Advanced MS Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills are essential
