Join the Macmahon team as an experienced and hands-on Trainer at Australia’s largest open pit gold mine in Kalgoorlie and be responsible for co-ordinating, identifying and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards and site-specific training plan. 

 

 

About the role

  • FIFO from Perth
  • 8:6 roster

 

 

About you

  • Previous experience in a training capacity either in a training team or operations team
  • Working towards obtaining Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable
  • Experience is essential in operating and training on Dozers, Excavators, Face Shovels, Graders and Trucks
  • Proficient in Microsoft products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with learning management and safety system
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values
