    Our federal government client is seeking an experienced, highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager with extensive Agile experience to deliver multiple projects within the departmentâs Information and Technology Services section.

    As a Project Manager you will be required to:
    • Effectively manage multidisciplinary project teams using Agile project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum, Kanban) to deliver outcomes.
    • Develop or manage the development of typical project artefacts, to ensure successful end to end project delivery.
    • Build relationships with and ensure effective management and engagement with all project stakeholders, utilising both strong influencing and change management skills.
    • Direct and coordinate the development of strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of project outcomes as part of an overall post-implementation review cycle.
    • Prepare and deliver high quality papers, briefs, presentations and correspondence.
    • Effectively manage, guide, mentor and develop team members and appropriately manage associated team workflow and performance.
    • Work in a collaborative and agile manner as a senior member of a team across the department.
