We are currently seeking trade qualified Electricians to join our Delta FM team on a permanent full time or casual basis. You will join our small but committed Delta FM team who work on the remote accommodation sites across the Cooper and Surat Basin camps - servicing the mining villages in the region.

We are offering FIFO from Adelaide OR Brisbane - on a 14 days on/ 7 days off - 10 hours per day basis.

The Position

  • Responsible for maintaining remote camp facilities, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, generators and handy man tasks
  • Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
  • Responsible for preparing new installations of industrial and commercial Kitchen equipment
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to defective equipment and testing components
  • Perform pre-start inspections and keep audit reports
  • Ensure external suppliers, servicing and lease suppliers provide a prompt and efficient service
  • Respond to urgent requests at site during out of hours/ on call periods

The Person

  • You must have a fully qualified Electrical Licence (SA/QLD electrical licence is essential)
  • Construction White card (essential)
  • Manual Drivers licence (essential)
  • Current LVR/CPR
  • FIFO experience highly desirable
  • The ability to work on call hours whilst at site
  • Working at Heights and Working in Confined Spaces desirable
