Camden, Australia Randstad Australia Full time

Randstad are currently seeking multiple mechanical fitters for a multimillion dollar infrastructure project. Successful candidates will be tasked with the commissioning stage of the West Camden Water Recycling Plant with ongoing work until early November.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conduct various mechanical works on manufactured parts and sub assemblies.
  • Maintenance and installation of structural/mechanical piping.
  • Fault finding and Preventive maintenance.
  • Assembly of spooling and mechanical instruments and valves to regulation standards.
  • Safety and quality assurance checks to ensure all equipment and completed works meet industry standards.


    Requirements

    • Previous infrastructure experience is essential.
    • Relevant Mechanical trade qualifications.
    • Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform certificates (Highly Desirable).
    • fault finding skills
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Willing to commit to the duration of the project.
    • Health and Safety conscious.


      Whatâs on Offer?

      • Pay Rate - $58 p/hr + OT
      • Meal & Travel Allowances
      • 10 hour days
