About the Role
Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in large-scale transformation projects?
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation. Working closely with a diverse team of technology professionals, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Modernisation project and coordinating essential activities to ensure its success.
As this is a new project, it’s important that you be comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changes as the project progresses.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Worked within the Project and Program Management space for at least 3-5 years.
Qualifications
Completion of a Degree with relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administration fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (essential) Certificate IV Training & Assessment or a willingness to undertake within the first year (preferable)About Swinburne University of Technology
