HR Truck Driver

Looking for stable, ongoing driving work? We have an opportunity in Mentone for seasoned truck drivers with a clear driving record & minimum of 1 years experience truck driving with a HR license

• Well maintained & up to date trucks
• Monday to Friday - OT Available
• Competitive rates - Weekly pay cycleDuties:
  
  • Deliver containerised freight throughout the local region
  • Daily pre start checks, including refuelling & maintaining truck interior
  • Ensure loads are restrained appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with other drivers, supervisors & customers where needed
  • Trailer coupling / uncoupling
  • Load restraint and gating/strapping

    Requirements:

    • Valid HR driverâs license and clean driving record statement.
    • Proven experience as an HR truck driver.
    • Experience in Bulk deliveries / Pick Up's
    • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics principles.
    • Be physically fit as manual handling involved
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Police Check
