How youâll be opening up the world for our customersâ¦

As a Travel Consultant in our First & Business team, you will help to plan, book and coordinate your customerâs next amazing luxury travel experience. Youâll be building unique itineraries for your curstomers with their every need front of mind to ensure they have a premium experience from âBon Voyageâ to âWelcome Homeâ. You will be booking everyting from first class flights to five star hotels, premium tours, luxury cruising, travel insurance and more. You will be working towards KPIâs and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.  

 

What it takes to be a Co-Captain in our team of First & Business expertsâ¦

  • Youâre the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with prior experience as a travel consultant
  • Youâre eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers to your existing database of loyal clientele
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
  • You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs and sales targets to get the incentives you deserve
  • You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
  • Youâre not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
  • You know your way around GDS and youâre confident to learn complex computer systems
