Interim M&A Integration Consultant

Randstad Senior Finance is currently supporting a highly acquisitive organisation based in Melbourne's SE suburbs who are looking for an Interim M&A Integration Consultant to join the business for a probably period of 3 - 6 months.

As Interim M&A Integration Consultant you will lead on the integration of a newly acquired $140m business which finalised recently.

The group has been on a major acquisition train recently and, in normal times, has a defined approach to integrating companies into the group.

Right now however, there is lots going on with a March year end, several further acquisitions on the table at advanced stages of discussion and a very lean internal team. This has resulted in a stretched finance team and a CFO who is minded to engage with an independent consultant to drive this larger acquisition from a technology, processes and people perspective.

You will be the primary link between the acquired company and the new owning group and will work with both management teams to harmonise financial reporting, bring them onto a Netsuite ERP and ensure processes flow smoothly in the new world.

To be successful in this role you will be a fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience leading a large post-acquisition integration which encompasses technology and financial systems.

Experience in using, upgrading or implementing Netsuite is a distinct advantage.
