We are seeking a passionate and experienced Principal Business Analyst to be part of a transformative public health project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major healthcare system overhaul, focusing on innovative and values-driven approaches.

About the Project:

You'll be working on a high-impact initiative aimed at delivering and enhancing enterprise corporate applications and payroll processes within the public health sector. The project includes managing one of the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll systems, along with implementing the SAP S/4HANA finance, business, and logistics solution.

Your Role: Principal Business Analyst

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will lead efforts to identify, analyse, and document business processes and requirements for the S/4HANA solution. Your goal is to ensure the system meets the diverse needs of all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
  • Develop high-quality documentation for various stakeholder groups.
  • Lead the analysis of business, user, and system requirements.
  • Conduct and supervise process reengineering to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice on business processes.
  • Contribute to project and release management plans.
  • Support a positive work environment with strong human resource practices.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Strong background in SAP S/4HANA finance, business, and logistics.
    • Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirement elicitation and facilitating workshops.
    • Excellent Communicator: High-level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Organisational Prowess: Excellent ability to manage a large workload with accuracy.
    • Industry Insight: Understanding of health or relevant industry regulations.
